Lillian Dutcher
Lillian joined The Law Office of Johann Hall, APC in 2019 as an intern before becoming a paralegal. After completing her internship, Mr. Hall hired her as a paralegal and she has worked at the firm ever since.
Lillian’s interest in law solidified in high school during her time as an FFA member, where she participated in numerous volunteer community service activities, raised and showed swine, mentored other FFA members, and competed in various FFA speaking competitions. The mentorship and community service activities ripened Lillian’s desire to pursue a career in law so she could make an impactful difference for those facing hardship.

Mission
Johann graduated from Empire College School of Law in 2006 after earning his Associate of Arts from Santa Rosa Junior College. During law school, he clerked at the Sonoma County District Attorney’s Office, gaining insight into how the other side works—and how best to protect the people he serves.
In 2010, after gaining experience with local criminal defense firms, Johann opened his own law practice in Santa Rosa. Since then, he has built a reputation for his hands-on approach, honest communication, and steady success in both personal injury and criminal defense law.
He represents clients throughout Sonoma, Marin, Mendocino, Lake, and Napa counties—and travels across the Bay Area as needed.
